Developing a positive routine is an excellent gift to give yourself, even if you’re already hale and hearty.
Every day is a fresh start.
Re-arranging / re-planting / re-decorating … under today’s number six is just perfect.
Here I have some very good news! Science has proven, it only takes three weeks to replace one pattern of behavior with another. Whether it’s altering your exercise regime, changing your diet, or ending a bad habit.
… and I have more good news for this Saturday:
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by increased domestic responsibilities, don’t forget there are family members or old friends who are probably more than willing to pitch in now.
Don’t be too proud! Give them a call, WhatsApp message…
They could magically arrive at your doorstep at just the right time… but if not, pick up the phone and let them know you’re in over your head.
So, what are you waiting for? Starting now increases your chances for long-term success.
